Sometimes in the scheme of things one comes across a very special person; and this is what happened to me: you emphasized the positive and wonderful things about me and now to live up to all your praise. You understand my 'puppiness' and my zest for living and discovering the wonders of this world around me....and now to learn obedience so that I will be kept safely and acceptablly socially in this world of humans; such a puzzle they are when all I ask is to be accepted and receive their love.

Holly is a 1 1/2 year old Doberman....When I first met Jill, Holly had been expelled from 3 doggy daycares, and I was at the end of my leash! My free consult with Jill was out in a park, and I watched Holly drag Jill across the grass like she was on water-skis. Jill was very patient and gave me some positive feedback that very first day assuring me she could work with Holly. Jill has been working with us now for 3 months and the changes in Holly are beyond belief. She comes on the re-call. She is improving in all obedience - sit, down, place, heel, etc.... I can now see Holly "thinking" before "acting" and making decisiions on the side of obedience. She has lost some of her impulsiveness. I can honestly say now, that I am enjoying Holly, and we are becoming a team... Jill's expertise and training with the tool of the electronic collar is the only way to go.
